Sprouted green gram (mung daal) enhances the nutritional value of green gram and also makes it easily digestible. Green gram is a great source of protein, fiber, and vital nutrients in the body and tastes great in combination with papdi, chilled yogurt, and chutneys. The addition of Pomegranate pearls to the dish makes it look very pleasant, the pomegranate adds just the right touch of red color which looks great on top of Papdi and other ingredients.
