Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms 15-20
  • Soya chunks soaked in warm water for 30 minutes 1 cup
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Onions chopped 1 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Desi Natural low-fat Dahi 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon

Method

  1. Step 1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add bay leaf and onions, and saute till lightly browned.
  2. Step 2. Meanwhile, halve the mushrooms.
  3. Step 3. Add tomatoes, mix and saute for 1-2minutes. Add mushrooms, mix and continue to saute for 1-2 minutes.
